Article Submissions To
submit an article or to subscribe to the journal so as to be informed
of our publications (subscription is free), e-mail us at jalh@ku.edu.
Submissions of articles should be sent either as an attached file to e-mail
or on a diskette. Please let us know what word proccessing program and
what non-Western fonts have been used. Articles and footnotes should follow
The Chicago Manual of Style, 14th ed. Transcription: for Chinese use the
Pinyin system, for Japanese use the Hepburn system, and for Korean use
the McCune-Reischauer system. All articles are read by two persons with
expertise in the field of Asian legal history and will be published when
they are ready. Subscribers will receive an e-mail announcing the new
article while the name of the author and the title of the article will
also be highlighted on our home page to gain the attention of casual viewers.
